Account Usage:

b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account.

System Usage:

a. You agree to use SavvyCMIS only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

b. You shall not engage in any activity that may disrupt or interfere with the functioning of SavvyCMIS or compromise its security.

Intellectual Property:

a. SavvyCMIS and its associated content, including but not limited to software, logos, trademarks, and graphics, are the intellectual property of SavvyCMIS and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

b. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of SavvyCMIS without our prior written consent.

Data Ownership and Privacy:

a. You retain ownership of the data you input into SavvyCMIS. We do not claim ownership over your data.

b. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy

Third-Party Links and Services:

a. SavvyCMIS may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of these third-party services.

b. Your use of any third-party services or websites is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Limitation of Liability:

a. SavvyCMIS is developed and provided to the best of our abilities, and we strive to ensure its reliability, accuracy, and availability.

b. In the event of any technical issues or interruptions in the availability of SavvyCMIS, we will make reasonable efforts to promptly resolve them and minimize any impact on your usage.

c. However, we shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of SavvyCMIS, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, interruption of business operations, or any financial discrepancies resulting from misentries, miscalculations in customer or supplier ledgers, inaccuracies in invoice dues, or errors in the profit and loss calculations of your business.

d. You understand and acknowledge that the use of SavvyCMIS involves certain inherent risks, and you agree to use it at your own discretion and responsibility.

Data Backup:

a. Daily Backups by SavvyCMIS: We perform automated daily backups of your data as a part of our standard system maintenance. These backups are typically taken over at 11pm to 12 am (Pakistan Time) and are intended to help recover data in the event of unexpected disruptions such as system errors, hosting failures, or internet outages. In such cases, the most recent available backup will be the one taken at the end of the last backup cycle (usually the previous day end). Users acknowledge and accept that any data entered after the last backup may not be recoverable in the event of such incidents.

b. User-Initiated Data Export: SavvyCMIS allows authorized users to manually export or download various records and reports, including but not limited to Sale Sheets, income and expense statements, and customer and supplier statements. These exports are available in formats such as Excel, PDF, or direct print, enabling users to create and maintain their own backups or offline records at any time, from any location, without dependence on system availability.

c. User Responsibility: While we make reasonable efforts to safeguard your data through our internal backup procedures, we encourage users to regularly export and archive critical information as an additional layer of protection and convenience.

Termination:

a. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SavvyCMIS at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.

b. Upon termination, any rights granted to you under these Terms and Conditions will cease to exist.

Payment and Subscription:

a. By using SavvyCMIS, you agree to pay the monthly charges as per the plans and pricing mentioned on our website. These charges are exclusive of any applicable taxes.

b. Payment for the service shall be made in a timely manner, and failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of your access to SavvyCMIS.

c. Subscription fees are non-refundable, and no refunds or credits will be provided for partial months or unused periods of the service.

d. We reserve the right to modify the pricing, plans, or billing terms with prior notice. Continued use of SavvyCMIS after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
